I was, again, watching ABC News–this time on the web. They aired a special repot on the journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem that Mary and Joseph reportedly took. They told how difficult and dangerous the journey of 36 miles would be and in fact still is. They came to the end of [...]
I was just now watching the ABC nightly news when it introduced the person of the week. It mentioned several individuals including a blind and lame college student who plays in the college band. His dad goes to class with him during the day, and works at UPS at night. He pushes him around the [...]
I just finished (literally a few minutes ago) the wonderful novel The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. This is his first novel, though, you would never know it. It was powerful and riveting. It takes you on the journey with the protaginst Amir of Afghanistan. Can you [...]

I received the following question:
I hope you do not mind me emailing you out of the blue like this, but I think you might be someone who can offer me some constructive help:)
One of the issues has troubled me for some time is the realisation that the church’s christology from the 2nd century [...]
The title of this blog article is An Electronic Seminary Library. This is exactly the goal of the good folks over at Logos. Clicking on the link will take you to an excellent article written by Dale Pritchett who describes the goal of Logos as reaching “critical mass” (a term that apparently Logos [...]
I don’t know if you have become aware of the online library Questia.com or not, but you should. I will tell you several reasons: (1) They have a lot of good books printed especially by English publishers such as Oxford and Cambridge (which are very expensive). (2) There is a built in footnote and bibliography [...]
